BSP Threads - Whitworth

 

The BSP thread (British Standard Pipe) is also known as a pipe thread in Europe. The thread sizes are marked with the abbreviation "G". The thread is not self-sealing, both the internal and the external thread have a cylindrical or parallel thread form. There are different sealants which are placed between the threads to seal the thread.
